Speaker Identification is a profile flag that you can select when requesting a transcript and customising how you want it to be generated. Selecting this feature will allow Claudio to identify all speakers in the audio file and then assign a label (SPEAKER 1, SPEAKER 2, SPEAKER 3, etc.) to each speaker.
Worried about speakers with different accents? Our goal when creating Claudio was to make his transcription service as accessible and comprehensive as possible. This means that he is designed to recognise the accents of multilingual people across the world and can transcribe each speaker with 95%+ accuracy!
Once you receive the first draft transcript and begin editing, you can then effortlessly find and replace all speaker labels with their corresponding names.
