Grammar Ready Transcript

Tired of manually fixing stutters and grammar errors in your client letter and report dictations? We are excited to announce that Claudio has new grammar correction capabilities!

This optional feature allows Claudio:

  1. Understand the syntactic structure of the language to generate coherent sentences.

  2. Apply grammatical rules to ensure proper word order, tense agreement, punctuation, and other linguistic conventions.

  3. Adapt to different accents, dialects, and speech patterns to maintain accuracy and grammatical correctness across diverse styles.

Now, you can request an optional edited transcript, sit back, and watch as Claudio does all the cleanup for you. This feature is free to use until 31 March 2024. Continue reading the section below to see how you can optionally enable this feature. 

Better Quick Start Flow

The Quick Start menu now offers a simplified approach to choosing multiple settings for each new job request. When you select a Transcript Type, you will be prompted to set your preferred options for your job request, including:

  • Choosing whether to keep or expand contractions;

  • Adding speaker identification labels;

  • Configuring dictated heading and punctuation support;

  • Selecting a verbatim or grammar ready transcript (where grammar errors are automatically fixed);

  • Removing or keeping speaker pauses (um, uh, etc.)

Updated Profile List

Given all the different configurable options that Claudio offers [industry-specific AI models (legal, medical, insurance, medicolegal, business), the ability to set your formatting and spelling rules, speaker settings, and more], we ended up with quite a few transcript types to cover all the different permutations.

We have simplified Claudio's transcript types to make it easier to determine which specialized transcript you'd like to generate, and all the configurable options are now available for you to set when you are requesting a job.

We have updated the lists for all clients within the four Claudio regions; the list you see will depend on your region (USA, Canada, EU, Australia).
