We debit your account for every order that is processed.
Once the funds fall below $10.00, your account is automatically recharged.
The credit in your account does not expire.
Refunds: If you are not interested in continuing to use the service for any reason, we provide a refund for the balance after applying an administrative fee of $5.00 to cover the credit card fees we incur.

Enterprise pricing starts at 500 audio hours per month. Please contact us if you need more than 500 hours/month.
Discounts: Enterprise volume discounts are available for clients who need to transcribe more than 500 hours of audio per month.
Invoicing: You’ll receive monthly invoices based on your usage for the previous month. Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit.
